Dr. Brittany Wright

Dr. Brittany Wright is the Director of Therapy Services at the Healing Arts Center in Branson, MO. Dr. Wright originally obtained her degree in biochemistry from Evangel University prior to pursuing her passion for physical therapy and as a movement specialist at the doctorate level. Dr. Wright is a graduate of Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, MO, where she obtained her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2016. Dr. Wright joined Healing Arts Center in Branson, MO in 2018 from a multi-specialty hospital in Springfield, MO where she performed both orthopedic and pediatric therapy services. Dr. Wright began the development of her Branson practice to cover a wide variety of knowledge and passions about the mechanics of the human body. In 2019, she pursued specialization in functional movement and dry needling to continue to expand services to the Branson community. Dr. Wright is known as a “hands-on” manual therapist with a “tool bag” of options for a variety of patient care. This “tool bag” consists of LSVT BIG, Myofascial release, IASTM, dry needling, pediatric care, and more. Dr. Brittany Wright is married to Keith Wright, a Springfield police officer, and has two darling young daughters. Brittany brings competitive sports knowledge from her collegiate volleyball experience at Evangel University. Brittany developed a love and passion for female athletics and most specifically, the development of the total aspect of the player beyond the court. Brittany has participated in the player development position for the last two years. Brittany continues to coach volleyball at the Community Sports Development Program. This program, backed by the 1992 Olympic setter Lori Endicott-Vandersnick, has promoted 10 athletes to the national tournament this year which will be hosted in Chicago in July of 2023.

Tracie Randolph

Tracie Randolph is a mom, breast cancer survivor, certified health coach, certified life coach, personal trainer, bestselling international author, and speaker. Her passion for health, nutrition, fitness, and overall holistic wellness was born from her own struggles with breast cancer. In addition, Tracie is bringing health and wellness to millions of homes across the globe through her show, The Whole Living Show. Tracie received her health coaching certification from Health Coach Institute, whose program is accredited by the International Coach Federation. Tracie is a member of Women Empowered International where she also serves as a member of the planning committee. Dr. JoWanda Rollins-Fells

Dr. JoWanda Rollins-Fells is a highly respected inspirational keynote speaker, ordained minister, and skilled consultant. She is affectionately known as Dr. Real Talk and her mission is to help people around the world through the framework of Reframing reality; Empowering vision; Activating faith; and Liberating legacy. She wears many professional hats as she leverages her experience and expertise across the fields of education, public speaking, and media production. Her journey of empowering others began in the hallways of k-12 public education as a noted and highly credentialed teacher and leader for 15 years. She ran for public office and began her term on the local School Board in 2014. In 2020, Dr. Rollins-Fells was elected to serve as the Eastern Region Chair representing 15 school boards in Virginia. This experience is evidence of her champion spirit and commitment to issues facing children, families, teachers, and communities. As an educational consultant, Dr. Rollins-Fells trains and empowers school divisions and social service agencies across the United States of America as they interface with at-promise populations. Her training topics include: A Framework for Understanding Poverty, Bridges Out of Poverty, and Emotional Poverty. As an inspirational speaker, Dr. Rollins-Fells is a passionate presenter who builds the case for walking in Unencumbered Freedom through the R.E.A.L. framework previously mentioned. She is the award-winning author of “Stuck Is Not Your Story; Change is Possible” which was featured in New York Times Square and “Employee to Empire”, “Marketing and Branding”, and “Affirmations of a CEO on the Move”. She is the CEO of Spirit of Excellence LLC where she provides coaching and a full suite of marketing platforms to authors, speakers, coaches, and ministers who are serious about the work of empowering others and want to increase their reach and visibility. Bill leads our team by offering workshops in stress management and practice building as well as facilitating of our groups. He is passionate about supporting clinicians, leading our retreat program and workshops at our retreat center, Villa Serena. He also thrives on leading our team and in creating success for health and wellness providers. Bill originally founded Practice Success as an effort to introduce integrative coaching and consulting to clinicians. He believed that the time had come to ‘reinvent’ the health industry by creating networks of likeminded, forward-thinking individuals – starting in greater DC and NYC. As they began to work together, these interdisciplinary, collaborative groups began to expand the perspectives of its members. This offshoot project eventually evolved into a thriving program, now known as Metro Collaborative. It has attracted various health professionals looking for new techniques to expand their businesses and connect with other innovators. Observing the notable progress members were making within these forums, it quickly became clear that business acceleration groups were on the cutting edge for problem-solving, as well as professional solidarity and connectivity. Indeed, these groups provide ways for business owners, physicians, dentists and practitioners of all disciplines to learn, connect and collaborate to create cross-referral opportunities. The Path to Metro Collaborative Bill’s background is extensive and spans several decades. In New York City, he worked as a psychotherapist and stress management consultant, coaching executives, physicians, and dentists on maintaining work/life balance. He extended this practice into coaching physicians on improving their business models by focusing on integrative methods for success, such as ‘client-centered communication.’ Completing a degree in psychology and humanities at Carnegie Mellon University, Bill worked as a biofeedback therapist, meditation teacher and coordinator of services at The Combined Therapy Program of The Himalayan Institute. He then completed a Masters in Counseling Psychology at the University of Pittsburgh. Bill moved to Greenwich Village to open The Center for Holistic Medicine in 1978 with Rudolph Ballentine, MD, practicing psychotherapy and stress management consulting. After starting a family there, he began modernizing dental and medical offices throughout the North East through the introduction of technology. Over the last few decades, he has evolved his contribution to the healthcare community, always maintaining his focus on leadership, technology, and team building. In the intervening years, he served at the Seltzer Institute, Coaching Solutions, among others. He founded Coaching Solutions (2000-2009), a collaborative practice management firm that implemented transformation with a broad team-based approach to complex business issues. He has taught at The NJ AGD and has lectured at The Academy of General Dentistry, the Tufts and NYU Dental Schools, and numerous study clubs around the country. From participating at Shalom Mountain Retreats, serving as President of The Center for Conscious Living and the Team Management and Leadership Program at Landmark Education, he has learned to envision and generate transformation. Last year, he lectured on leadership at the Cleveland Dental Society. Bill and his wife live their passion by leading retreats, wellness programs, and workshops in Bethesda, MD and at their retreat facility, Villa Serena (Dominican Republic). He splits most of his time between New York City, Philadelphia, and Washington DC. He resides in Bethesda, Maryland, and enjoys skiing, yoga, and spending quality time with his sons and stepsons.
