Due to the Corona Virus we have new policies:
We ask that you register for all events with a $500.00 deposit. Please pay that deposit through Pay Pal and while on their site: Click send money to Friends or Family so you won’t incur a service fee. All our events are in May, June and September. So we are relatively positive they will take place, unless travel bans last longer. In the event the retreat needs to cancel as a result of the Corona virus or low attendance your deposit will be refunded in full. We would appreciate you registering now though so we have a benchmark if the event will transpire. Thanks for your patience and desire for wellness during this time of unknown. Completing the registration form, and paying a deposit will secure you a space.
*Payments are in U.S. Dollars ONLY
You have the option of paying for the Retreat or Workshop in the following ways:
1. Full Payment *Pay the Full Amount with Early Registration and Save Money. When paying in full you will receive $50 off the Cost of the Event.
(When paying on PayPal, Click Send money to Family/Friend so you DON’T incur a Service Fee.
2. Register with 1/3 Down as your deposit to hold your space with early registration and save money now
3. Make your 2nd payment
4. Balance Due: *Pay the balance of your event 30 days before the start date of the event
(Last payment is the FINAL PAYMENT of the Cost of the Event)
Once your registration has been accepted, your participation is important to the entire group’s process.
The group, and the event’s facilitator and event specialist relies on your attendance.
* Retreats and/or Workshops are non-refundable. *Only exception is if event doesn’t fill up and we need to cancel it or (current Corona virus travel ban before the event)
However, you can purchase separate travel insurance at a small fee that will cover your cancellation if there is a death in the family or a medical emergency. Please see these options and read their fine print:

You can ask if anyone is on a wait list
If they are you will be given two choices:
A). To donate your space to someone on the wait list who has a financial hardship.
B). To request your money be refunded if there is a wait list and your space can be filled
*Please note that if No one is on the Wait list, your money Can Not Be Refunded
All Money (Including the Deposits) are Non-Refundable
*If Brave Heart Workshops need to reschedule the event because of low attendance, ALL your money will be refunded in full minus any service fees the participant paid on their own credit card or Pay Pal Account . The participant will be given the opportunity to transfer their registration to another Brave Heart Workshop, if space is available
In the event Brave Heart Workshops is prevented from carrying out the obligations of conducting the workshop on the date, and in the city it was to take place, as a result beyond its control, such as but not limited to: Acts of God, War, acts of terrorism, flight cancellations, weather conditions, strikes, or floods, Brave Heart workshops shall be relieved of its obligations, and liabilities. Brave Heart Workshops will not be responsible for any other charges incurred by the registrant due to the cancellation of the event, and accepts no liability for travel, accommodations, or any other additional costs incurred. Brave Heart Workshops is limited to a full refund of the original participant’s registration fee, and will do whatever they can to reschedule the workshop at a later date if possible, but they can’t guarantee this. In the event unforeseen circumstances cause them to cancel an event, all attendees will be informed as soon as possible, and any refundable deposits will be made promptly.
